Return and Refund Policy

At Wild Hues Studios, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you're not happy, here's our return policy:

ELIGIBILITY: 

-Custom pet portraits and personalized items are NON-RETURNABLE unless damaged during shipping

-Non-custom items (prints, stickers etc) can be returned within 14 DAYS  of delivery.

CONDITION:

-Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

HOW TO RETURN:

-Email us at (your email) within 14 days of receiving your order. 

-Include your order number and reason for return.

-We will provide instructions for shipping your item back.

REFUNDS:

Once we receive your return and inspecy it, we will process a. refund to your original paymentmethod within 7 BUSINESS days.

-Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE

DAMAGED or INCORRECT ITEMS:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos.

-We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
